Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Geniegram you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Geniegram lets you connect your Telegram account on your phone and forward messages in batches from one of your chats, channels, groups or topics to another. Forwarding runs on your phone and uses credits: one credit for each message that is actually delivered. Skipped or deleted messages are free.

The Library lets you keep media from chats your Telegram account can see, in folders and with labels, and open it in the app's own viewer. It is free and lives only on your phone.

Geniegram is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram. "Telegram" is a trademark of its owner.

Geniegram is for moving your own content between your own chats, channels and groups. You may not use it for:

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or mass or cold outreach.
• Lead generation, scraping contacts or collecting other people's data.
• Bypassing Telegram's limits, fake engagement or engagement manipulation.
• Forwarding or keeping content you don't have the right to share or keep, or infringing others' rights such as copyright.
• Harassment, impersonation, or anything that breaks the law or Telegram's terms.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of unused credits, and may report abuse to Telegram.

You must follow Telegram's Terms of Service. Telegram decides on its own how to treat accounts that forward many messages, and it can limit, restrict, freeze, ban or delete any Telegram account at any time, including for activity that follows these Terms. Geniegram paces forwarding and stops when Telegram asks it to wait, but this reduces the risk; it does not remove it.

By using Geniegram you accept that risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, Geniegram is not responsible or liable for any limit, restriction, spam flag, freeze, ban or deletion of your Telegram account, of any chat, channel or group, or of any messages, nor for any loss that follows from it (such as lost contacts, content, audience or income). Credits used before such an action are not refunded.

Chats with protected content can't be forwarded, and Geniegram will not try to get around that. In the Library, media from protected chats is handled like Telegram's own cache: once loaded it stays inside the app's private storage on your phone, but it can't be shared, opened in other apps or saved to your gallery, and screenshots are blocked while it is open. Freeing up space in the Library or deleting your account removes it.

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

New accounts may receive free starter credits. Credits are held before each batch and only charged for messages that are delivered; unused holds are returned. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are lost when you delete your account.

Credits you buy never expire. Monthly credits that come with Premium are used before your other credits and expire at the end of each Premium period; unused monthly credits don't carry over.

Credit packs and Premium are sold through Google Play, at the prices Google Play shows you, and Google Play's terms apply to the payment. We add credits or turn on Premium only after Google confirms the purchase.

Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. After you cancel, Premium lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Geniegram account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies, except where the law requires otherwise. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we remove the credits it added (as many as are left) and end Premium with its monthly credits.

We may change prices, packs or what Premium includes. Changes don't affect a period you've already paid for, and Google Play will tell you before a subscription price change applies to you.

You can share your invite code. A friend who signs up and applies it within the allowed window gets bonus credits, and you get a reward once they have forwarded the required number of messages. Bonus amounts and rules are shown in the app and may change or be paused.

Referrals must be real people. Using your own code through other accounts, or any other abuse, voids the bonuses and may close the accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for what you forward and where. We are not responsible for harm you cause to others through the service, for content in your chats, or for loss of access to your Telegram account.

Geniegram is provided as is and as available. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every message will be forwarded, or that it will keep working if Telegram changes how it works. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Geniegram is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, content, audience or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to cover any claims, damages or costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights, including Telegram's terms or copyrights.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and give notice of material changes in the app. Continuing to use Geniegram after changes take effect means you accept them.
