Delete your Geniegram account

In the app

1. 01Open Geniegram on your phone and sign in.
2. 02Tap the settings icon at the top right.
3. 03Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. 04Type the word the app asks for (DELETE in English) and tap Delete permanently.

No access to the app? Email genigram@genigram.app from your account email and ask us to delete it. We confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (email, name, photo) and every sign-in session
• The list of phones you used and the Telegram accounts you connected
• Your credit balance, credit history, purchases and referral records
• All transfer records and their batch history

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Unused credits are lost. Security logs keep a record that a deletion happened, without any link to you. Your Telegram account itself is not affected: messages you already forwarded stay in Telegram.

On Premium? Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
